Account details (name, email, username), content you create on the platform, billing information processed by our payment provider (Stripe), and standard technical data (IP address, browser type, device).

2. How We Use It

To operate and improve the service, authenticate you, process payments and seller payouts, send transactional emails and product updates, and prevent abuse.

3. Payments & Payouts

Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never store full card numbers. Store sellers connect their own Stripe account to receive payouts.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the platform (e.g., Stripe for payments, email delivery for notifications, cloud hosting for storage and AI processing). We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for login and preferences, and analytics cookies to understand usage. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser.

6. Data Retention & Security

We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure for legal and accounting purposes. We use encryption in transit and at rest.

7. Your Rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your account data by contacting support@nodibly.com. Deleting your account removes your personal data, except records we must keep for legal reasons.
