Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Nodibly (nodibly.com), operated by Nodibly. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Nodibly provides tools to create, design, and sell digital products (ebooks, guides, workbooks, checklists, and similar digital files). You retain full ownership of all content you create with Nodibly.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Plans & Payment

Nodibly offers a Single Product Pass (one-time), a Creator subscription, and a Store subscription. Prices are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals.

4. Seller Storefronts & Payouts

Store-tier sellers may list products on their public storefront and receive payments. Seller payouts are processed through Stripe Connect. Nodibly charges a 5% platform fee on storefront sales; the remainder is paid to the seller's connected Stripe account. Sellers are responsible for their own taxes and compliance with applicable law.

5. Trials and Cancellations

We offer a 7-day free trial so you can try everything before paying. You can cancel anytime. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Storefront product sales are handled by the seller.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Nodibly to create or sell content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful; or to violate the rights of others. Accounts that do may be suspended.

7. Intellectual Property

You own your content. Nodibly owns the platform, its design, and its brand. You grant Nodibly the limited right to host and process your content to operate the service.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nodibly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to amounts you paid us in the previous 12 months.
